How the training runs

From setup to a portfolio piece you can show

This is the shape of a typical three-month internship. Shorter durations move faster; longer ones go deeper into client work.

Days 1–7

Setup and standards

Workstation, accounts, and the way we name, build and hand over files. First small ticket by day three.

Weeks 2–3

Shadow a live build

You work alongside a developer or designer on an active client project and take the smaller sections yourself.

Weeks 4–8

Own a module

A full page or task list assigned to you, with a weekly review. Feedback is written down so you can act on it.

Final week

Portfolio and review

You leave with documented work, a completion certificate, and an honest review of what to improve next.

What you leave with

More than a certificate on the last day

Completion certificate

Issued by an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, with your role and duration on it.

College paperwork

We fill and stamp your university training letter, joining letter and final report format.

Real portfolio work

Three to five pieces of live client work you can show in interviews, with permission.

A named mentor

One person responsible for your reviews, not a rotating queue of whoever is free.

Licensed tools

Access to the paid themes, plugins, stock and SEO tools we use on client accounts.

A route to a job

Interns who do well are the first people we consider for full-time openings.

    Questions students ask us

    Before you send the form

    Is the internship paid?
The training period is unpaid. Interns who take on live client work and perform well are moved to a stipend, and we tell you clearly at the start of the month when that happens.
Is it on-site or can I do it from home?
On-site at our Barnala office. Most of the value comes from sitting next to the person reviewing your work, so we do not run this remotely.
    Will I get a certificate?
Yes, on completion, provided you finish the agreed duration and your assigned work. It carries your role, dates and our ISO 9001:2015 registration.
My college needs letters and a report format. Can you sign those?
Yes. We handle joining letters, attendance, mid-term forms and the final report format most universities in Punjab use. Bring the format on day one.
    What are the working hours?
Monday to Saturday, standard office hours, with a lunch break. If you have university exams, tell us in advance and we adjust the schedule.
Do I need my own laptop?
No. A workstation is provided. You are welcome to bring your own laptop if you prefer to work on it.
I have almost no experience. Should I still apply?
Yes, if you know the basics of the role you picked and you are willing to redo work after feedback. We would rather train someone careful than someone fast.
Can this turn into a full-time job?
It has for several people. When we open a position, interns who worked well with the team are the first ones we call.

Not sure which role fits you?

Send your resume on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly which track to apply for.
